TotalControl For Merak And Helm License Agreement   LICENSE AGREEMENT   IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY:   This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single organization) and Xaak Consulting, LLC for the server software product known as TotalControl For Merak And Helm (“The Software”), which includes computer software and electronic documentation.  By installing, copying, or otherwise using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.  If you do not agree with this license agreement, do not download, install or continue the installation of this product.   Grant of License:   Xaak Consulting, LLC grants you the right to install the software on a single Helm Control Server.  If you wish to install the software on additional Helm Control Servers, you must purchase additional licenses to cover those servers. You may use this software to administer any number of Merak Mail Servers, Domains, and Accounts as long as they are associated with and defined within a single Helm Control Server. This license is transferable only with the express consent of Xaak Consulting, LLC.  Single license transfers are routinely granted under most circumstances. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law. Xaak Consulting, LLC may cancel this License Agreement if you do not abide by its terms and conditions, in which case you must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.   Warrantee:   Use this software at your own risk. Xaak Consulting provides this product “as is”.  There are no warranties offered, either express or implied, including performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.  Xaak Consulting, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or misuse of the program.  Any liability of Xaak Consulting is exclusively limited to the original purchase price.
